Today, fast changing marktes require small amounts of parts production but high demands on production cost effectiveness. The Bend Centres B12 fully match these demans.

Technical Data and Equippment:

  • The fully digital control system optimizes movments and takes care of reduced process timing of the end product.

  • Weinbrenner Bend Centres B12 cover a sheet metal thickness of up to 3 mm and a box height of up to 350 mm optional 500mm.

  • The automatic toolchanging results in Zero Machine setup time.

  • Advantage - Processing sheet metal via folding technology:
    Two independently operating folding beams ensure the almost unlimited operating freedom for processing complex parts.
    With pan folding no damages to the surface of the final product surface is made.
Options:
  • Sheet metal turning - turning the sheet metal upside down to make the punch burr face upwards for further process steps.
  • Option punching - integrates the notching on all 4 edges of the sheet metals
  • Option "DF" - equippment for production of highly precise beadings.
