This model is available in 3 different types to select from: standard, high or split upper beam with 25 ° or 45 °.
Machines are available (nominal cpacity based on mild steel 400 N/mm²):

• 1050 x 3 mm
• 2050 x 2 mm
• 3050 x 1.5 mm

Optionally the folding beam rail with 10 oder 15 mm or radius 2.5 respectively 5.0 mm is available.
Optionally a cutting shear as well as a manual back gauge are available.

This universal folding machine is available in 7 different types (nominal cpacity based on mild steel 400 N/mm²):

Machines are equipped with segmented rails in upper, lower and folding beam.
Optionally a manual adjustable back gauge is available.

Folding and upper beam motor on both sides of the machine.
This machine is either available with a manual adjustable folding angle or the CNC - control system EasyLink. Following capacities are available for this machine with both control systems (nominal cpacity based on mild steel 400 N/mm² and straight rail):

• 3100 x 2.0 mm
• 3750 x 1.5 mm
• 4050 x 1.5 mm

Food pedal and automatic limitation of the folding angle are further standard features.
Optionally devided tools in all 3 beams as well as box tools 85 mm are available.

The standard features include the full graphic control ProLink, folding beam rail 10 and 20 mm, manual crowning of the folding beam, manual adjustment of the sheet metal thickness.
Additionally the machine is available with Combi-upper beam, ready to be equipped with tools up to 200 mm in height. Chaning of the tool height doesn't require any further changes (sensors,... ) inside the machine.
For the model FUTURA the Multifold package is available which means split toolings in lower and folding beam. Together with the Multifold package the CNC-controlled height adjustable back gauge is available.
Multifold is only availabe in combinatoin with the Combi - upperbeam. With this option the machine has separated rails in all three beams. That way even the most complicated profiles are easy to perform.

The model FUTURA features some revolutionary construction details which are patented.

hydraulic operated machine from 3 m bis 12 m and sheet metal capacities of up to 3 mm mild steel (Stahl 400 N/mm²).
Stands and clamping arms are made of torsion resistant cast-iron..

Sheet metal coils with a width of up to 1500 mm can quickely be cut effortless.

Technical data and equipment:
Working height of the table is 85 cm. For transportation puropse the unwinding coil can be folded.
Optionally the table can be equipped with wheels.
Standard lengths of the tables are 2, 4 and 6 m, other lenghts and widths upon request.
