For profiles made of Aluminium and PVC. Two different models are available with a maximum milling width of 375 mm and a milling depth of 105mm.

For machining of aluminium and PVC profiles. With the vertical-axis routing unit and, thanks to the shallow recess on the work surface, machining can be done on two sides without having to turn the profile over.

Technical data and equipment:
cutter rotation depending on the model 1- or 2-speeds 12000 rpm or 6000 and 12000 rpm. Both models are capable of either free routing, both lengthways and crosswise, or set copy routing, with the copying templates already set up and easily interchangeable

Specially sutable for milling sets of profiles (both aluminium and PVC) in which the cutter unit needs to be changed several times in the same set.

Quick-release cutter holder. 6-position star-shaped stop.
Depending on the type and model either a hydro-pneumatic or manual feed.
Optional available equippment for 45° shifting of work piece.

These cutting machines are ideal for the machining of PVC profiles.
